Piki Hauora
He kaupapa hauora mō ngā uri o Ōkahu Inuāwai
Monthly kaupapa supporting healing, connection and whānau wellbeing at Aotearoa Pā.
Piki Hauora is a kaupapa supporting the wellbeing of the uri of Ōkahu Inuāwai and the wider whānau connected to Aotearoa Pā.
Through regular hauora mornings, we provide a welcoming space for whānau to receive care, reconnect and participate in practices that support physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Our current focus is a monthly, koha-based mirimiri morning, with the intention of expanding the kaupapa as more practitioners and supporters become involved.
Koha-based Mirimiri mornings
Our monthly mirimiri mornings are open to uri and whānau seeking a supportive space for care and connection.
Bookings may be made before the day. Walk-ins are also welcomed and are seen on a first-in, first-served basis.
The kaupapa is koha-based, helping make hauora support accessible to whānau.
