Ōkahu Inuāwai Hapū is based in South Taranaki, between Hāwera and Manaia in South Taranaki.
Our mahi is focused on strengthening our people, restoring connections with whenua and creating practical pathways for whānau.
Through education, housing, hauora, environmental initiatives and hapū development, we are working toward a future where our people can return, participate and thrive.

Tapuwae Pae Pātūtū
Tapuwae Pae Pātūtū is a hapū-led trades training programme delivered in partnership with Te Kura Matatini o Taranaki.
The programme gives tauira the opportunity to gain practical construction experience while working toward a recognised qualification.
Learning takes place on hapū whenua and is supported by tikanga, manaakitanga, whanaungatanga and wraparound support.
We also offer venue hire for various functions at the same location.
